14 Years In Dental Practice
Tooth Pain That Will Not Wait?
We hold time for urgent visits. Call and describe what is happening, and we will tell you the soonest we can see you.
What Brings You To Mission: Dental Implants?
I Am Missing A Tooth
Single implants, multi-unit bridges, full-arch restorations and implant-stabilized dentures. Planned digitally so you know the sequence before we start.
I Need Wisdom Teeth Out
Third molar extraction with sedation. We are an approved provider for KanCare in Kansas and MO HealthNet in Missouri, so covered patients pay nothing out of pocket for eligible care.
I Am A Referring Dentist
We handle the surgery and prosthetics, then send your patient back to you for everything else. Restorative and preventive care stays with your practice.
A Narrow Scope, Done Thoroughly
Mission: Dental Implants is built around surgery and prosthetics rather than routine care. That focus allows us to concentrate on the surgical and prosthetic parts of complex cases.
Dental Implants
Dental implants can replace a single missing tooth, support a bridge, or stabilize a removable denture. Treatment is planned around function, cleanability and the amount of support you need.
Tooth Extractions
We remove teeth ranging from simple extractions to broken roots and impacted teeth. If you’re interested in sedation or other comfort options, we’ll discuss and plan those with you before your treatment appointment.
Bone Preservation And Grafting
Bone naturally changes after a tooth is removed. When appropriate, grafting at the time of extraction can help preserve bone for a future implant and may reduce the amount of rebuilding needed later.
Teeth Replacement
Replacement dentures, partials, fixed single-tooth implants and multi-unit implant-supported bridges. When an immediate denture is planned, it is made in advance and can be delivered on the day the teeth are removed.
Wisdom Teeth With Sedation
Wisdom tooth removal with sedation is available, including care for eligible KanCare and MO HealthNet patients. We verify applicable coverage before treatment is scheduled.
Affordable Clear Aligners
Clear aligner treatment for appropriate cases at a flat cash price quoted before treatment. If aligners are not the right treatment for your situation, we will tell you before you commit.
Urgent Visits
Pain, swelling, a broken tooth or a denture that failed at the wrong moment. Call us and we will offer the earliest appointment we have available.
Working With Your Dentist
If you already have a general dentist, we coordinate directly with them and return you to their care once the surgical work is finished.
Not Sure What You Need?
Bring what you have, including a panoramic film from another office if you have one, and we will tell you plainly what the options are.
From First Scan To A Tooth You Can Chew With
Digital scanning and careful treatment planning allow the surgical and prosthetic parts of treatment to be coordinated when appropriate. Every case is different, but here is what treatment may look like.
Consult and Imaging
We look, scan and take the imaging we need. You leave knowing the plan, the sequence and what it costs.
Treatment Planning
Extractions, grafting & implant placement, often combined into a single visit rather than spread across several.
Surgery and Prosthetic Treatment
We use an in-house digital scan to design and plan your new teeth before surgery. With advanced planning, you may be able to leave the office the day of your surgery with your smile in place.
Follow-Up and Coordination
Once the surgical work is done, cleanings and routine care go back to your own general dentist.

Dr. Edward Shamieh, DDS
Fourteen years of experience in general dentistry, now concentrated on the work he does best: dental implants, surgical extractions, dentures and digital prosthetics. Mission: Dental Implants was built with a focused purpose: helping patients rebuild missing and failing teeth.
Dr. Shamieh combines surgical treatment with restorative planning so patients can move from extraction or tooth loss toward a functional, stable replacement with as much of their care coordinated in one place as possible. His approach emphasizes practical treatment planning, modern digital dentistry and affordability. Implant care is priced with a deliberate effort to keep treatment accessible, without turning every case into the most expensive option available.
Wisdom Tooth Removal With Sedation
We are an approved provider for both Kansas Medicaid (KanCare, billed through KMAP) and Missouri Medicaid (MO HealthNet). If you are eligible, sedation for wisdom tooth removal is covered.

Straighter Teeth Without The Guesswork
Clear aligners use trays changed weekly to gently straighten your teeth.
Clear aligner treatment is $3,000. Your first appointment is $250 for the consultation and radiographs, and that amount goes toward treatment if you decide to proceed.
You Will Know The Cost Before We Begin
No surprise invoices. We go through the numbers at the consult, in writing, before anything is scheduled.
Self-Pay
A written treatment plan with the full cost broken out by stage, given to you at the consult. What we quote is what you pay
Membership plan
A monthly plan for patients without dental insurance, with tiers from routine maintenance up through implant and full-arch care.
KanCare & MO HealthNet
Approved Medicaid provider in both Kansas and Missouri, primarily for third molar extraction procedures with sedation.
Financing
Monthly payment plans through Cherry and Proceed Finance, with approval decisions in minutes for eligible patients.
We are not in network with dental insurance plans. Our pricing is set for patients paying directly, which is what keeps it simple and predictable, no claim delays, no coverage disputes, no surprise balance a month later.
We Do The Part You Need. Your Patient Comes Back To You.
Mission: Dental Implants focuses on the surgical, implant and prosthetic portion of referred treatment. The referring practice is kept informed throughout treatment, and the patient returns for ongoing preventive and general dental care.
Defined Scope
Surgery and prosthetics only. Routine care stays with your practice.
Case Updates
Notes and imaging sent back to you at each stage of treatment.
Complex Extractions
Impactions, broken roots and cases you would rather not take on in house.
Digital Planning
Digital scanning and digitally planned treatment help coordinate the surgical and prosthetic portions of care when appropriate.
